This book was a great, and easy, read. Phillips does a wonderful job of describing a real world and a fantastical world and blending them together in a believable fashion. Having been on a college sports team myself, I quickly related to the main character, Ted. The interactions with the team and the wonder of college brought me back to my freshman year. I found myself getting drawn into the fantasy world, Phillips's description painted a picture of a world full of wonder and adventure.Phillips appears to be an exciting new author and I can't wait for him to continue the story he has begun in Dreaming.

Dreaming Shaun C Phillips Books Reviews
"Dreaming" had an interesting and unique storyline. It was easy to relate to the main character, Ted, which made the story seem realistic. I especially liked the unexpected witty comments. I recommend this book if you want a light, enjoyable story. I hope this is the first of many books by Shaun C. Phillips.
Great read! Phillips does a great job of intertwining the world of dreaming with the always entertaining college scene. The book definitely made me reminisce about my college years as I read about all of Ted's experiences, and anyone who has been on a team will really enjoy the interactions between his teammates and all their crazy antics. The dream sequences were very creative and thought-provoking...can't wait for more of Ted's adventures!
Just recently my son brought "Dreaming" out for me to read since he enjoyed it so much. I couldn't put it down. By the 3rd enjoyable evening I had it finished. I thought the dream world was quite a masterpiece, fluid and dynamic like real dreams are. And the real world storyline is spot on, too, like a kaleidoscope of non-fiction. I liked the closing of the story and how most strands were tied off, if only loosely, but still left enough for more storyline(s).
In summary an excellent novel, and I'll enjoy reading any future books by this CreateSpace author!
